3744510 - Error: Long Text without valid text type were ignored — when creating Service Entry Sheets (SES) from SAP Business Network

Symptom

When I send a Service Entry Sheet (SES) from SAP Business Network to the SAP ERP, the comments do not appear in the created SES in transaction ML81N in my SAP ERP system. 

While searching for the SES in transaction SLG1, I see the following error: Long Text without valid text type were ignored.
