How to retrieve the list of available completion statuses of an item type via API

1. Currently, there is no OData endpoint to fetch all available completion statuses for a learning item type. This is a current product limitation.
2. If the requirement is to obtain a specific user's completion status for a completed item, use the user/userlearning-service/v1 endpoint. Refer to: user/userlearning-service/v1 Metadata.
3. For the ability to retrieve the master list of completion statuses per item type via api, Customers Submit an enhancement request via the Customer Community Portal. Provide business reasons and gather support through Kudos for the request.
