3744614 - Compliance Forms are not triggering - Onboarding

Compliance Forms are enabled for USA, Canada, UK, and Spain; however, they are not triggered for the onboardee during the onboarding process.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate onboarding for an onboardee in USA, Canada, UK, or Spain.
2. Log in as the onboardee.
3. Navigate to Onboarding Dashboard > New Hire Details.
4. Results:
   • No Compliance tasks are triggered.
   • "No data" is displayed under Compliance Forms.

The State is not maintained for the onboardee’s assigned work location in Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures > Location.

1. Maintain the State for the onboardee’s assigned work location in Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures > Location.
   
2. Once updated, refresh the metadata cache via Admin Center > OData API Metadata Refresh and Export.
3. Restart the Compliance process or reinitiate the onboarding process to ensure the Compliance Forms are generated.
