Symptom

Users cannot open the Download status for Job Type MDF Data Import or MDF Data Import (FTP).

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Scheduled Job Manager.
  2. Locate a completed or relevant job of type “MDF Data Import” or “MDF Data Import (FTP)”.
  3. Select the job and attempt to open “Download status”.
  4. Observe that an error is shown and the Download status cannot be opened, with Request “/downloadfile” and Fingerprint “1fdccde00dc7b25fa330b0b6acdd332f3c88caf3”.

Resolution

A fixing patch for this issue was implemented on the 12th May, 2026
