3744642 - An application error occurs when clicking on the 'Proxy Now' or 'Become Self' option from the Learning Administration page.

With 'Enable SAP user experience updates' setting enabled in 'Company System and Logo Settings', 'Proxy Now' and 'Become Self' now appear as available options in the account avatar (the icon displaying user's photo or initials) menu. As a result, the following issues may be experienced:

• When proxying a user in the BizX Home Page and accessing Learning Administration, selecting the option 'Become Self' results in a pop-up error.
• When accessing Learning Administration and selecting the option 'Proxy Now', while entering the target user name, an application error is displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into the system >
2. From the BizX Home Page, choose 'Proxy Now', select a target user, and complete the proxy >
3. Navigate to Learning Administration >
4. In Learning Administration, open the profile menu by clicking on the user's avatar and select 'Become Self' >
5. Observe that a pop-up error is displayed >
6. Alternatively, navigate directly to Learning Administration >
7. From there, in the profile menu, select 'Proxy Now' >
8. Begin entering a target user name in the search field >
9. Observe an application error while searching for the target user.

Note: When 'Enable SAP user experience updates' is disabled, the options 'Proxy Now' and 'Become Self' are not available in the profile menu.
