3744658 - Custom Communication Scenario created with Developer Extensibility is not found in Test and Productive Systems

A Custom Communication Scenario was created in ABAP Development Tools using Developer Extensibility. Then, it was transported to Test and Productive Systems but it's not visible in these systems, it is only visible in Development System. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. In ABAP Development Tools, create a Custom Communication Scenario
2. Add it to a Transport Request 
3. Transport the TR between the systems 
4. Custom Comm. Scenario is not available in the Test and Productive Systems

The Custom Communication Scenario has the check box "Scope Dependent" selected.

Uncheck the "Scope Dependent" check box in the Development System and transport the communication scenario again.

This option is not intended for development of own communication scenarios.
