3744669 - Add new category option is greyed out in configure latest people profile page

• Unable to click the “Add New Category” option in Configure Latest People Profile (Full Profile).
• No error message is displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Full Profile

1. Go to Configure latest People Profile.
2. Attempt to add a new category in full profile.
3. Observe that the “Add New Category” option is greyed out.

The “Add Category” option is currently disabled because the maximum limit of custom categories has already been reached in your system. The system is designed to allow a maximum of 20 custom categories. Since all 20 categories have already been created, the system automatically disables/greyed out the option to add any additional categories.
