External Candidate is getting error when applying using Redesigned Candidate experience UI.

1. Login to Career Portal
2. Apply for Job Requisition
3. Upload resume
4. The error occur after selecting Next

External candidate supporting documents capacity/limit which cause inserting value too large.

Check the affected candidate and make sure it does not have large amount supporting document in other Job Application.
