3744689 - Skills associated with certificates does not reflect in user's Growth Portfolio

Symptom

When user add certificates in Growth Portfolio skills mapped does not reflect in Growth Portfolio automatically.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development
  • SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the instance.
  2. Go to Admin Center.
  3. Add a certificate that has associated skills.
  4. Check the user's Growth Portfolio and observe that the associated skills do not appear.

Resolution

Product Engineering is investigating a solution.
