3744699 - Screen freezes with message SE764 in ME21N when creating invoicing plan - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

When creating a purchase order (PO), if the flag GR-based IV is unchecked and the flag Goods Receipt continues flagged in the Delivery tab, when navigating to create the invoicing plan in Invoice tab, a warning message SE 764 is issued and the screen freezes, preventing navigation to other tabs to fix the incorrect flag.
