3744740 - [CFD2602.2] Error message "Property 'InspLotStkQtyToBePosted' at offset '&' has invalid value '&'" occurs when making usage decision

Symptom

When making usage decision in the Manage Usage Decisions (F2345) app or Manage inspection Lots (F2343) app, following errors occur:

  • Property 'InspLotStkQtyToBePosted' at offset '&' has invalid value '&'
  • Communication Rrror: "In the context of Data Services an unknown internal server error occurred"

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Manage Usage Decisions app.
  2. Select inspection lot without UD and click Edit.
  3. Select the UD code and then error occurs.

Cause

This is a known coding issue. It occurs when making usage decision for inspection lots with quantity greater than or equal to 1000 in Fiori apps.  

Resolution

The correction is planned to be delivered with Hotfix Collection 10. The planned implementation date is May 17th. 

Note that SAP may change the plan without any notice. 

Before the correction is implemented, use the Record Usage Decision (QA11) app for all inspection lots with quantity greater than or equal to 1000 as a workaround.
