3744781 - Homepage becomes unresponsive after opening new main navigation menu and clicking outside it

• After enabling the new main navigation menu, opening it and then clicking anywhere on the home page causes the menu and page to freeze.
• The drop-down/navigation drawer remains stuck and the whole screen becomes unresponsive.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

1. "Enable SAP user experience updates" under Company settings, 
2. Sign in to the system and navigate to the home page.
3. Open the new main navigation menu (hamburger menu).
4. Click anywhere outside the menu on the home page.
5. Observe that the navigation menu and the page become unresponsive and the session may need to be force closed.

This is a Known Error

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch 1H 2026 M2604p3.
