3744799 - SAP Task Center build-default plan - blank site when launching application from subscriptions

During SAP Task Center activation with build-default plan in Work Zone, the launched Task Center application opens empty site. 'Home' menu drop down and User menu are irresponsive. No errors in Console.
(The expectation is to get Task Center and Task Center Admin apps in the site opened from Task Center application in subscription with build-default plan)
