• Accessing the dropdown menu / module picker crashes the browser after the "Enable SAP User Experience updates" is enabled
• The browser hangs and no further actions are possible

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 2605

1. Enable the "Enable SAP User Experience updates" option in Company Settings to enable latest shell bar
2. Click the three lines menu bar on the header
3. After selecting any option the page freezes

• The engineering team created a patch to fix the issue, which will be released on 28th April 2026 for Preview and on 15th May 2026 for Production systems. Please check this issue 24 hours after the patch releases.
• As a temporary workaround, please disable the "Enable SAP user experience updates" in Company Settings
