3744909 - Blank lines in "reminder: replace user" notification email for removed users in SAP Process Governance

In the Process Governance notification email "Reminder: Replace user" for removed users, some entries are shown as blank lines.

Blank entries correspond to users whose first and last name fields are not maintained in the user data consumed by the notification. When these fields are empty, the display name renders as a blank line in the email. For deleted users, the name fields will be displayed where the data is maintained. For users who were hard-deleted and anonymized, "anonymous" will appear in the reminder email.
