Program still shows under the 'New' category after removing from the Highlight As

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Libraries.
2. Open the library that contains the target program.
3. Select the Programs tab and click the Edit (pencil) icon for the program.
4. In Highlight settings, set Highlight As = New, then save.
5. Confirm the program appears under the “New” category in Libraries.
6. Edit the program association again and clear/remove the Highlight As value.
7. Save.
8. Observe the program still appears under the “New” category.

Current system design

1. Use the temporary workaround: set a “Highlight Until” date for the next day so the system removes the highlight automatically on that date.
2. Save the change in the program’s library association.
3. After the specified date passes, verify the program no longer appears in the “New” category.
4. A permanent fix is planned for a future release. Please follow this KBA for updates.
