3745008 - Matrix Reports option is not available in Calibration after Enable Matrix Managers to Create Sessions on Calibration Page is enabled - 1H 2026

After enabling "Enable Matrix Managers to Create Sessions on Calibration Page", the Matrix Reports option is missing for the Matrix Manager when creating new calibration session. Only Direct Reports is visible.

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration 

1. Enable "Enable Matrix Managers to Create Sessions on Calibration Page" in Manage Calibration Settings tool 
2. Matrix Manager go to Calibration module 
3. Click on Create New button 
4. Matrix Reports option is missing, only Direct Reports is visible

The Matrix Manager also holds Manager role. When Matrix Manager is also the Manager of the employee(s), and matrix reports are the same users as direct reports, the system prioritizes the Manager role over the Matrix Manager role.

Consider changing either Manager or Matrix Manager role for the employee(s). Once Matrix Manager is removed from Manager role, the Matrix Reports option appears in Calibration.

It is not recommended for one user to hold multiple roles for the same employee, as it can cause permission issues in the system, not only at calibration level, but e.g. in performance forms.
