• Error "Please enter valid credentials when being prompted. In case you forgot your credentials please contact your system admin" when creating HANA live connection in SAC
• In console: Protocol Error: Error [Protocol]: (#401) Unauthorized. Credentials are missing or incorrect, as indicated in the error message.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.21.9
• Hana Live connection

1. Login to SAC
2. navigate to connections 
3. Select Add connections --> Connect to Live Data --> SAP HANA
4. Enter Name, host, port and credentials 
5. Click on OK

Notice : Error "Please enter valid credentials when being prompted. In case you forgot your credentials please contact your system admin"
