3745045 - "The Job Server selected is not working" and Designer communication port as "undefined" due to SSL Certificates - SAP Data Services

• Job execution works from Data Services Management Console, but it returns an error when trying to execute a job from Designer client:
  "The job server you selected is not working"
  
  
  
  
• From server_eventlog_YYYY-MM-DD.txt, there is this entry message below:
  Marking notification object for client <inet:<DESIGNER_IPADDRESS>:undefined>. (BODI-850264)
  
  
• Followed KBA 1416303. Ping and Telnet works.
