3745078 - RU-FI: Invoice and UTD Print Forms – Header Line 5b and Legal Changes as of January 23, 2026

After the legal changes introduced by the Federal Tax Service of Russia:

It's required to generate VAT Invoice and UTD PDF forms that include header line 5b in accordance with Letter № СД-4-3/11730@ of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated December 26, 2025.

In addition, the PDF forms for the following documents must comply with Decree № 26 of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated January 23, 2026:

• VAT invoice
• Corrective VAT invoice
• Universal Transfer Document (UTD)
• Corrective Universal Transfer Document (UCD)

• SAP ERP 6.0
• SAP S/4HANA
