Symptom

While creating a picking task manually for an outbound delivery, there is no data available under the section "Stk Can Be removed" 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the app Manage Outbound Delivery Orders.
  2. Search for the relevant outbound delivery in the specific warehouse number.
  3. Choose Create Pick Warehouse Task, then select Create Pick Task Manually.
  4. Observe that the section "Stk Can Be removed" shows no data.

Cause

No available stock exists for the delivery item in the required stock type (Blocked/B); leaving no open stock.

Resolution

  1. In Manage Outbound Delivery Orders app, open the outbound delivery and go to the Item tab to confirm the item’s stock type (for example, Blocked/B).
  2. Open the Warehouse Monitor and navigate to Stock and bin section → navigate to Physical Stock; enter the product and filter by the required stock type (for example, B) to verify stock availability.
  3. If no open stock is available in the required stock type, create or move stock so that sufficient quantity exists in that stock type.
  4. Return to Manage Outbound Delivery Orders and retry Create Pick Task Manually; the "Stk Can Be removed" section should now display the available stock, allowing task creation.
