3745107 - Default theme briefly visible before Custom Theme applies in Home Page

Symptom

After login and when refreshing SF Home Page, the default theme loads briefly before showing the custom theme configured.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the system
  2. Reload the page
  3. Observe that the default theme (blue color) briefly appears
  4. The custom theme then loads and displays

Cause

The page is rendered incrementally, default styling is shown first while custom theme resources load, after which the custom theme takes effect.

Resolution

This is expected rendering behavior. Allow the page to complete loading and the custom theme will apply automatically.

Be aware that a brief flash of the default theme may occur on login or refresh and does not affect functionality.
