3745112 - Blank spaces between fields on user information card when empty fields are hidden in Latest People Profile

• When opening the User Information Card and selecting View All, blank spaces appear between fields. This issue happens when Manager field is configured on User Information Card.
• The issue occurs only when empty fields are not shown.
• When expanding the view to show empty fields, the blank spaces disappear and fields are displayed correctly.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Navigate to View My Profile.
2. Open the User Information/Employee Information card.
3. Click View All.
4. Ensure empty fields are hidden (do not expand Show empty fields).
5. Observe blank spaces appearing between various fields.
6. Expand to show empty fields and confirm that the spacing issue disappears.

• The issue occurs when the Manager field is included in the User Information card; with empty fields hidden.
•  This issue is being investigated by the SAP Engineering Team.
