3745131 - Standard Spanish Payroll Form Does Not Display MEI Wage Types /3N0 and /3N1 Separately

Symptom

When generating the standard Spanish payroll form (recibo de nómina), the MEI (Mecanismo de Equidad Intergeneracional) wage types /3N0 and /3N1 are not displayed as separate line items on the payroll slip.

The customer expects to see the MEI employee and employer contributions broken down individually in the payroll form output.
