3745145 - IHB Migration Balance Corrections (718/719) not Creating Visible Payment Items or Updating Balance - SAP S/4HANA

• When creating migration balance correction postings with types 718 or 719 in the Manage In-House Bank Account Balance app, a message indicates that a payment item is created, but it does not appear in Manage In-House Bank Payment Items.
• The in-house bank account balance is not updated after the correction posting.
• Running the end-of-day job does not make the items appear nor update the balance.
