3745163 - SAP Service for ASCS or ERS instance fail to start in cluster node.

Trying to start a SAP Service for  ASCS  or ERS instances ,configured in cluster,  fail to start in a node of the cluster.

1- In event viewer logs you can find one of these errors :

   -   Error 1053: The service didn't respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion

   -  Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly

2-   Comparing kernel executables and dlls  in the  staging directory :

        \\SAPGLOBALHOST\sapmnt\<SAPSID>\SYS\exe\(n)uc\NTAMD64

and the local  folder of the SAP instance:

           Local drive letter:\usr\sap\<SAPSID>\<INSTANCE> \exe

It is found at least one file with mismatching File version,  or  any file missing in the local folder of the sap instance.
