When trying to access Configuration Activity "102852 - Define Sensitive Fields for Dual Control (Customers)" the error message is raised 'No authorisation to start the UI for transaction S_ALR_87003378'.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to Implementation activities app.
2. Open SSCUI 102852 - Define Sensitive Fields for Dual Control (Customers).
3. The system shows the error.

The business catalog is not assigned to the relevant business role, resulting in missing access to the SSCUI. 

• Assign the business catalog SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_CMD_BP0_PC to the BPC_EXPERT business role (or an equivalent role in use) to make the SSCUI available.
• To enable editing, set the role’s Write Access to Unrestricted, then save and publish the changes.
