3745216 - Task assignment rule not getting triggered when candidate onboarding is initiated from SmartRecruiters - Onboarding

After initiating the candidate through SmartRecruiters via API and reaching the additional data collection step, the default data collection configuration is assigned, not the required one.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate candidate via SmartRecruiters through API calls
2.  Candidate reached the Additional Data Collection Step
3. Notice the wrong data collection configuration is assigned to the candidate

SR only supports six fields and there's no New Hire Data Review step in the process variant assigned.

SmartRecruiters - Onboarding 2.0 Integration currently supports the following 6 fields:

- First Name 
- Last Name
- Event Reason 
- Company 
- Manager 
- Email ID

As there's no New Hire Data Review step in the onboarding process, the rule that is responsible for selecting the additional data collection configuration is validated via the information received from SR. Since only the above 6 fields are supported in SR - OBX integration and the rule is evaluated via the employee-class, that class is considered as a null value, hence the rule for data collection configuration selection assigns the fallback category from the else branch of the rule.
