3745227 - Report Center does not use background theme

Report Center no longer use the theme as background. Instead, page containers are grey colored and page contents like header, table are white colored.

Since the 2026 H1 release the new UI is using default colors instead of theme colors as per Fiore guideline.

With the new UI since the 2026 H1 release this is expected as per Fiori guidelines.
