Symptom

  • Quick Links using JavaScript URL as target does not open a Pop Up
  • When clicking on a Quick Link on the Latest Home Page, content is loaded at the bottom of the page.
  • A section is appended at the bottom of the page instead of opening a pop-up.
  • Repeated clicks create multiple sections appended at the bottom of the page.
