3745233 - PCC: My Alerts tab shows blank screen whereas other tabs are loading fine

Symptom

  • The “My Alerts” tab in Payroll Control Center displays a blank blue screen.
  • No data or alerts are shown in the tab.
  • The loading spinner/process runs indefinitely and does not complete.
  • Other Payroll Control Center areas load and function as expected.
