The error "Proxy error 'FchSalida'. One of '{Patente, RUTTrans, Chofer,: DirDest, CmnaDest, CiudadDest, Aduana}'" is displayed for the eDocuments from Chile in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to the eDocument Cockpit App.
2. In the Source Document, enter ABC (where ABC represents the eDocument Source Key).
3. Select Go To... -> Interface Log.

The error "Proxy error  'FchSalida'. One of '{Patente, RUTTrans, Chofer,: DirDest, CmnaDest, CiudadDest, Aduana}'" is displayed.

In order to resolve the error occuring for the eDocuments from Chile in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, it is recommend to perform the following process:

To establish communication with Tax Authority, updates on CPI package for DTE process are necessary.

Please, download the Chile_Send_DTE_new_XSD_files ZIP attachment of this SAP KBA and extract the files.

1. Open CPI tenant and go to Design tab -> Integrations and APIs.
2. Select SAP Document and Reporting Compliance: Electronic Documents for Chile.
3. Go to Artifacts -> Chile Send DTE.
4. Go to Integration Flow area and select References tab.
5. Scroll down to Schemas area and delete DTE_v10.xsd, DTE_v10_noNS.xsd and SiiTypes_v10.xsd entries.
6. Add -> schema -> XSD -> select the file DTE_v10.xsd previously extracted from ZIP file.
7. Repeat the previous step with files DTE_v10_noNS.xsd and SiiTypes_v10.xsd.
8. After updates, press save and deploy.

Repeat the same steps for iFlow Chile Sign DTE.

As another possible workaround, the tags from the <Transporte> section of the eDocuments XML can be left empty via the Badi EDOC_ADAPTOR_CLOUD.
