3745246 - Cannot Change 'Description' Sub-heading in Performance Forms

• After the 1H2026 release, each performance form section has a Description sub-heading.
• Is there a way to remove the Description sub-heading?

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Log into SuccessFactors
2. In the module picker, select Performance
3. Select a performance form
4. Notice the Description sub-heading is displayed under each section

Expected behavior.

The display of the Description sub-heading is system-defined and cannot be changed. If any content is entered into the Description field for a section, the word Description will automatically appear.
