3745272 - User Sync Validation in Instance Refresh Tool for Integration Center Jobs

• The Instance Refresh Tool now includes validation for user data synchronization against the Employee Sync Through Integration Center Job.
  Note: This option will only be available after the 1H 2026 Production Release, it is not currently available in the Preview release
• The Instance Refresh Tool (IRT) has been enhanced to validate user data synchronization by selecting the Employee Sync Through Integration Center Job. Administrators can configure either an Integration Center job or an Employee Export job to be executed as part of Instance Refresh post-processing. If neither job is configured, the validation continue to fail.
• The enhancement prevents field‑level validation errors by ensuring that the job and version names match, enabling administrators to verify user synchronization more accurately and maintain consistent data during instance refreshes.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Access the Instance Refresh Tool: Log in to your SAP SuccessFactors system and navigate to the Instance Refresh Tool. 

2. Select the Employee Sync Option: In the IRT, locate the checkbox for the Employee Sync Through Integration Center Job. Ensure this option is selected.

3. Configure the Job: Verify that either an Integration Center job or an Employee Export job is configured. If neither job is set up, the validation will fail.

4. Run the Instance Refresh: Proceed with the instance refresh process. The tool will now validate user data synchronization based on the selected job.

5. Check for Validation Errors: After the refresh, review any validation errors that may arise. The enhancement aims to prevent field-level validation errors by ensuring that job and version names match.

6. Maintain Data Consistency: Use this validation feature to ensure consistent data during instance refreshes, which is crucial for maintaining the integrity of user data.
