3745277 - Error in the Development Goals section under the Attributes in Growth Portfolio after the 1H 2026 Release

When viewing any attribute in Growth Portfolio after the H1 2026 release, the Development Goals section shows the error message: "Unable to load the page. Please check your internet connection and reload the page. If the issue persists, contact your administrator"

1. Go to Growth Portfolio.
2. Click to view any Attribute
3. See that in the Development Goals section the error  "Unable to load the page. Please check your internet connection and reload the page. If the issue persists, contact your administrator"

The Competency field is not defined in the Development Plan template.
