3745311 - Homepage displays all categories instead of configured homepage for All in guided buying

Symptom

Users intermittently see a page populated with all procurement categories (returned as "title": "0") instead of the configured HomePage for All when accessing the Guided Buying homepage.

The issue:

  • Appears and disappears without any configuration change
  • Affects all users sharing the same Purchasing Unit (PU) — it is not isolated to a specific user
  • When it occurs, the same fixed set of PUs is always affected
  • Is more likely to occur after an On Behalf Of (OBO) session targeting one of the affected PUs

Tenant: Realms with a single HomePage for All configured (no PU-specific homepages)
Trigger condition: On Behalf Of (OBO) feature is in use
PU hierarchy depth: Realms with deep PU hierarchies (4+ levels below All) are more exposed
