• The below configuration option for setting up the notification card for absence changes as explained in Notification Cards for Absence Changes in Microsoft Teams | SAP Help Portal is not available in Work Tech Configuration page.
  • Admin Center-> Work Tech Configuration-> Notification Cards-> Absence Changes'
• Notification Cards for Absence Changes in Microsoft Teams Is Not Working in  1H 2026 preview instances.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central -Time Management

1. Login to instance.
2. Navigate to Admin Center-> Work Tech Configuration.
3. Check if 'Absence Changes' option is available under 'Notification Cards' section.

• This feature would be applied to both Preview and PROD instances with the 1H 2026 Production release which is scheduled on 15th May 2026. 
• The configuration requirement related option would be available once 1H 2026 Production release is deployed.
