Symptom
- Error "Connection to BW system failed: while trying to invoke the method com.sap.conn.jco.JCoInterface.getDestinationManager() of a null object returned from com.sap.conn.jco.JCo.get()".

Reproducing the Issue
- Create a BW import connection in SAP Analytics Cloud
- Save the connection.
- See the error
Cause
Wrong SAP JCo libraries were present in the Tomcat lib directory used by the SAC agent
Resolution
Customer should only download and use the SAP Java Connector libraries (sapjco3.jar and libsapjco3.so/libsapjco3.dll) in Tomcat lib folder. Customer should not place SAP Java Connector runtime libraries in the same folder.
