3745338 - ME2N report shows zero value in "Still to be delivered" for service PO items without SES - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • The ME2N report displays the "Still to be delivered" (WTLIEF) field zero for service purchase order items.
  • No Service Entry Sheet (SES) or Purchase Order (PO) history exists for the affected items.
  • The expected behavior is that the field displays the total open value for each item.
