3745406 - Job profile link in Team View not showing for the users

The Job profile link in Team View does not show up in Growth Portfolio > Team View, even though Job Profile Builder is active, the employee is assigned to an active Job Role, and the same Job Profile is visible in Career Worksheet for both employee and manager.

• SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

1. Sign in as a manager who has direct reports.
2. Navigate to Growth Portfolio.
3. Open Team View.
4. Observe that the Job Profile link for direct reports is not displayed.

Possible causes:

1. Job Profile Link in Team View setting is not enabled in Talent Intelligence Hub
2. The Position object’s Job Title field was configured as Not Visible; this field is required for the job profile link to appear in Growth Portfolio – Team View.

1. Go to Manage Talent Intelligence Hub 
2. Go to Settings 
3. Under Manage General Settings enable Job Profile Link in Team View option

The Position object’s Job Title field was configured as Not Visible; this field is required for the job profile link to appear in Growth Portfolio – Team View.

1. Please navigate to Configure Object Definition > Object Definition > Position > Make Correction.
2. Search for jobTitle field  and either set it to Read Only or Editable. 
3. Navigate to Growth Portfolio > Team View to identify that the link to Job Profile shows up.
