The core issue is that the current system design does not support your specific legal compliance requirement for selective DPCS activation. This will likely require a product enhancement.

Based on current system design, select DPCS activation for only requisition-specific skill matching is not directly available as a standard configuration option. The system currently requires the "Skills Matching for Resumes" feature to be enabled for the "Anonymous Resume Parsing" DPCS to function. This is a technical limitation where the DPCS for resume parsing is architecturally linked to the career site CV upload feature rather than being independently configurable for different AI skill matching scenarios.
