3745503 - Statement link cannot access in profile when using mobile SF App

Symptom

In mobile SF profile, when click the statement link, the page return error "web cannot used".
 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into mobile system.
  2. Go to employee profile.
  3. Go to block compensation statement, open one of the statement.
  4. Page return error.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed to production system with 2605 release.

No workaround is available.
