Symptom

During the printing process, the spool log contains the following information:

  • Print ctrl COL0N is not defined for this printer. Page 1, line 1
    Print ctrl COL0H is not defined for this printer. Page 1, line 1
    Print ctrl COL1H is not defined for this printer. Page 1, line 2
    Print ctrl COL2N is not defined for this printer. Page 1, line 4

Spool request has the following status:

  • 'Completed (problem)'
