Symptom

  • Error when submitting Italian external eDocuments "No Interface is defined for process step REQ_SEND".
  • Application log shows: "External system ID the id doesn't exist in table EDOIT_EXSYS." 
  • Upload via "Upload Incoming Message" with message type "IT_INV_EX_UPLOAD" succeeds and the document appears under "Italy External Documents," but submission fails.
