3745613 - Internal Settlement scenario, reversal ABD not created when original and cancellation Idoc's are processed together via report RBDAPP01

• When an Internal Settlement is cancelled before running report RBDAPP01, only the original Settlement document (ABD type 1600) is created and the expected reversal Settlement document (ABD type 1601) is missing.
• When the Internal Settlement is cancelled after the first run of report RBDAPP01, both the original Settlement document (ABD type 1600) and its reversal Settlement document (ABD type 1601) are created as expected.
