3745620 - Unable to restrict Procurement documents to Created by User Only

User are able to view the Procurement documents that are created by other users. The requirement is to restrict the access to data to only the person responsible.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The user assigned to standard business role are authorized to view data applications such as F2229 Manage Purchase Requisitions Professional, F0842A Manage Purchase Orders, and F1600A Manage Purchase Contracts which are primarily designed for organizational-level data access control.

As per standard system behavior, restricting documents to only the responsible user is not currently supported. If this functionality is required, a feature request may be submitted via the Customer Influence portal for future consideration.  - Influence Opportunity Homepage - Customer Influence
