Symptom

Resolution
Below are the respective Event Type, Event, Category, and Description:
| Event Type | Event | Event Category | Description |
| Unplanned | Disruption | - | The affected service is currently not operational. By default, disruption events are service level relevant. |
| Degradation | Functional Degradation | The affected service is operational, but with restrictions. | |
| Planned | Maintenance |
| A scheduled maintenance is ongoing or a maintenance will start in less than 60 minutes. The following event categories are available:

| Planned Availability | - | The service or system is expected to be up and running during this time slot. These are usually up-time reservations required to perform a service request. | |
| Non-Service Hours | - | These events are created by SAP. These are usually time reservations for when no actions can be performed on a service request. | |
| Contractual Maintenance Window | - | These events are created by SAP. These are usually placeholders for maintenance or downtime events that may occur. | |
| Communication | Communication | - |
This event type provides service-related notifications. You can find more information by selecting the event and opening the Action Log. |
