Symptom
After removing a label from a report in the Report Center and refreshing the page, the label reappears. This only occurs for a few users while others can remove labels without issue.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
Reproducing the Issue
- Access Report Center and look for labeled report.
- Navigate to Actions > Label As -> Unselect the label and click Apply.
- Confirm that the report no longer has the label.
- Refresh the page.
- Look for the same report again and observe that the label has not been removed and appears again after the page refresh.
Cause
SOLR index issue and permissions issue to Manage Dashboard/Reports -> Manage Workforce Analytics permission.
Resolution
- Navigate to Admin Center -> Sync Report Center Search
- Select the relevant Report Type under Job Configuration and Start Sync.
- Monitor the job's completion in Admin Center -> Scheduled Job Manager.
- After the completion the user should now be able to successfully remove the label and it should not reappear after page refresh.
