3745685 - Delivery split during delivery creation due to differing Transportation Groups

Symptom

  • During delivery creation from a sales order, the system creates multiple outbound deliveries instead of a single delivery.
  • Delivery log shows "Item &1: delivery split due to conflicting header data (&2: &3 <-> &4) Message No. VL033"
  • When there are multiple items in the Sales Order and for example, the main item TRAGR differs from the linked empties item TRAGR, then delivery split occurs
