When MINTRANSPORT and MINTRANSPORTDS is used, transport receipts are created, but TCAPAUSAGE is not calculated. However, when MINTRANSPORT and MINTRANSPORTDS is not used and the S&OP generates transport receipts on its own, TCAPAUSAGE is calculated correctly.
